Called Tri-County on Saturday and they came on Monday immediately after the rain stopped; I was told on Saturday that they would come when it stopped raining and they did exactly what they told me. When I called this business I was worried that I might have involved problems with my septic system. On the phone, Everett jumped in and basically said I didn't need all I thought and the solution was probably pretty simple. He actually said to me that he refuses to perform work that doesn't need to be done and then charge customers unfairly for that unnecessary work. He said his honesty and reputation mean something to him and that's the right way to generate business and repeat customers. He's right. The tech that helped me was very friendly. I bought a home for the first time by myself. I was worried not knowing when the septic tank had last been pumped so I decided to have it serviced. The tech found the tank and explained how it would be done. He was polite. He arrived at the time he said he would. When he opened the tank it was full.
